Hamlin & Hilbish Funeral Directors in Eustis has been under the same local management since 1974 when Verdual Hamlin & Arthur and Carol Gill Hilbish purchased the former Zeller Kennedy & Hamlin Funeral Home. We strive to provide compassionate empathetic service and value to the families we are honored to serve.

Our staff strives to help each family create a service that truly honors their loved one.  We know first hand the importance of small details and assist each family with their needs and their preferences.  We strongly focus on your wishes, from the most simple to the most elaborate and work diligently to see them honor your loved one and your family.  We offer Video Tributes, Floral Services, Balloon Releases, Dove Releases, Military Honors, Special Musicians, and dozens of other tributes to ensure that your services are an impactful event.  An event like this from the simple to the elaborate will ensure that those in attendance will remember and feel the legacy of your loved one.

While we conduct services in any religious institution and/or cemetery our funeral home features the largest chapel in the Lake and Sumter area.  While large our chapel still retains a homey comfortable feeling rather than cold and sterile.  We also own our own cemetery which offers traditional ground burial spaces, private family burial and mausoleum options, community mausoleum options, cremation estates, and a community cremation garden offering various niche and urn placement options to ensure that everyone’s wishes can be met in a protected and maintained environment.
